Abstract

This paper aims to solve in a metaphysical way, after the theoretical confrontation of modern and classic thoughts with today’s reality, the five challenges of the political scientist, taking for granted the training of the people in order to choose good leaders, not only from a technical view point of the politics, but from a proposal that ensures a good governance, with ethical and virtuous rulers, in order to prevent not only bad government, but also the arbitrary excesses by those in command in a state.
