Abstract

Organizational culture, understood as shared values and perceptions that define the correct way of acting within an organization, is currently considered a key factor in the management of organizations. Thus, this research project addressed the perceptions on organizational culture of the members of the Agrovida Association, who have had particular experiences that favor or limit the associative business processes, to propose an action plan aimed at promoting business associativity in the dairy sector from the village of Taques in the municipality of Ipiales. By starting from a latent problem in the peasant communities of the dairy sector, it is possible to determine the need to study the perceptions of the community against the organizational culture and, at the same time, the elements that favor or limit the development of the Association and the strengthening of the dairy sector in this village. For this investigation, we made contact with the President of the Association, who was requested access to the collection of information through contact with the members of the same, who were invited to participate in a workshop to receive training inherent to their productive interests. It should be noted that the 69 associates were summoned to the workshop, achieving 100% participation.
