¿Qué es la intención emprendedora?

En este artículo se aborda diferentes enfoques conceptuales utilizados en el estudio de la intención emprendedora por parte de diversos autores. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar los marcos conceptuales de los principales estudios de intención emprendedora; con este propósito se realizó el análisis de información con base en 35 de los documentos recopilados por el Grupo de Investigación en Gerencia y Emprendimiento de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables de la Universidad del Quindío, para el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación titulado ‘Intención emprendedora en empresarios quindianos que cerraron sus empresas por la crisis del COVID-19’. A partir de este análisis se concluye que, la mayor parte de los documentos analizados enfoca la definición conceptual de la intención emprendedora como un término que denota planes para crear nuevos negocios. El documento incluye una propuesta de definición de los autores con base en los conceptos estudiados.
