según lo concibe Elliot (1993), más
allá de ver la práctica como espacio
de aplicación de la teoría, debe
entenderse que la reexión sobre la
práctica revela la teoría inherente a
la misma y, a la vez, permite teorizar
sobre ella.
Sobre las consideraciones anteriores,
Vanegas y Fuentealba (2019), Esquea-
Gamero (2017), Mora (2015) y Marín
(2014) presentan la reexión en la
práctica pedagógica como el medio que
permite pensar sobre valores, actitudes
y emociones, a n de superar los
contenidos, mediante la articulación entre
teoría, realidad y experiencia. El profesor
que reexiona reconoce sus errores, da
conanza a los estudiantes, aporta no
solo a la formación de sus estudiantes,
sino, además, a la transformación
social. Por eso, el desarrollo profesoral
siempre será un asunto emergente,
por las implicaciones de actualización
que demandan los ámbitos educativos,
sociales, culturales, éticos, pedagógicos
y políticos, además por la inuencia que
el docente ejerce en la formación de los
futuros profesionales.
b) En lo que respecta a la
práctica pedagógica reexiva como
campo de investigación, y según lo
concibe Elliot (2005), más allá de ver
la práctica como espacio de aplicación
de la teoría, debe entenderse que
la reexión sobre la práctica revela
la teoría inherente a la misma y, a
la vez, permite teorizar sobre ella.
De ahí que, el profesorado puede
investigar sus propuestas educativas
y construir valiosas teorías sobre su
práctica. Freire (2008) asevera que
“no hay enseñanza sin investigación
ni investigación sin enseñanza”
(p. 14). Armación que demuestra
que, desde hace varias décadas,
el docente es asumido como un
investigador. Asimismo, desde la
perspectiva de Freire, se deduce que
la investigación no es un elemento
adicional a la práctica pedagógica,
sino, por el contrario, es un atributo
propio de la persona que enseña.
En la actualidad, el Consejo Nacional
de Acreditación (CNA) y el Ministerio
de Educación Nacional (MEN), en el
Decreto 1330 de 2019, establecen que
la labor investigativa que desarrollen
los docentes ha de estar enfocada en la
transformación social y a la construcción
de país. En consecuencia, el docente
está llamado a posicionarse como
investigador y a fomentar el interés de los
estudiantes para investigar la realidad.
Así, la investigación se convierte en una
estrategia fundamental en el proceso de
enseñanza-aprendizaje.
Por su parte, Conde et al. (2018),
Muñoz y Garay (2015), Acuña ( 2015) y
Valverde (2011) rearman que la práctica
pedagógica es campo de investigación,
por ser un proceso inherente al
desempeño del docente; al asumirla
como instrumento, la investigación sirve
para interpretar el mundo, con miras
a renovar y transformar los ambientes
escolares, respondiendo a las necesidades
de los estudiantes. Es así que, gracias a
los procesos de investigación, el docente
adquiere destrezas y habilidades para
construir conocimiento, cambiar sus
discursos, metodología y métodos en
la interacción con los estudiantes. La
idea que desarrollan los autores es que,
la docencia, si es auténtica, se basa
en la investigación; pero también toda
investigación debe conducir a la docencia,
en un proceso innito de investigar-
enseñar-aprender.
c) Con referencia a la
conguración del campo de la
pedagogía hermenéutica y del saber
práctico, surgen, como lectura
obligada, las reexiones de Barragán
(2015a, 2015b), en las que se
enfatiza la práctica de los docentes
desde un pensamiento crítico
que emerge de la investigación y
autoevaluación de la propia práctica.
Acudiendo a pensadores como
Gadamer, Heidegger y Aristóteles,
Carr, Kemmis y Schön, se congura
la pedagogía hermenéutica como un
constructo emergente, gracias al cual
la interacción dialógica entre teoría y
