repetidamente su clase y predomina
el conferencista y expositor sobre el
profesor, la interacción sencillamente no
sucede, y en ese momento solo se da
la recepción de conocimientos, de modo
que las reexiones internas que pueda
hacer el alumno, se quedan únicamente
para éste. En cuanto a la comunicación,
el docente debe considerar el diálogo
como un poderoso instrumento que no
solo permite facilitar el aprendizaje, sino
también, la mejor forma de conocer a
sus alumnos, saber cómo se sienten
en la clase, cómo se relacionan con
sus compañeros, sí tienen problemas o
dicultades en sus hogares, etc.
En otras palabras, si los maestros logran
una buena interacción y comunicación,
se puede garantizar en el aula de clase,
un espacio agradable donde el estudiante
se sienta cómodo y libre para reexionar
y dar su opinión, un espacio en el cual
el maestro no solo se limite a impartir
conocimientos, sino donde ambos se
complementen y haya un aprendizaje
mutuo, donde no exista el miedo o
temor a expresarse o decir algo, donde
se pueda lograr que la palabra ‘profesor’
adquiera un nuevo signicado para los
alumnos, y represente amistad, apoyo,
inspiración, conanza y, eliminar la idea
de que los maestros son sinónimos de
autoridad u obligación y que el salón de
clases es un sitio aburrido. ¿Por qué es
tan importante la práctica pedagógica?
Hay numerosos conceptos, dependiendo
del enfoque epistemológico, pedagógico
y de maestro que se asuma; incluso,
se aprecia diferentes calicativos para
la práctica, tales como: pedagógica,
docente, educativa, de enseñanza,
aplicadas a situaciones de labor
profesional o de etapa en la formación
de los futuros maestros. Algunos de
esos conceptos son:
Proceso consciente, deliberado,
participativo, implementado
por un sistema educativo o una
organización, con el objeto de mejorar
desempeños y resultados, estimular
el desarrollo para la renovación en
campos académicos, profesionales
o laborables y formar el espíritu
de compromiso de cada persona
con la sociedad y, particularmente,
para con la comunidad en la cual se
desenvuelve. (Huberman, 1999, p.
25)
Una praxis social, objetiva e intencional
en la que intervienen los signicados,
las percepciones y las acciones de
los agentes implicados en el proceso
-maestros, alumnos, autoridades
educativas y padres de familia- como
los aspectos políticos institucionales,
administrativos y normativos que,
según el proyecto educativo de cada
país, delimitan la función del maestro.

La práctica pedagógica es como un
espacio medular en la formación de
los docentes, porque es ahí donde
no solo son cristalizadas todas las
enseñanzas impartidas en las aulas
universitarias, sino, donde el docente
practicante pone a prueba su rigor
investigativo, creativo, social, afectivo
y político. Todo lo anterior, en aras de
ser partícipes de la transformación
social y el avance cientíco. (Delgado,
2017, p. 15)
Cuando los docentes están en un proceso
de formación profesional, es decir,
todo lo que se realiza en el contexto
universitario, es donde nace una gran
pregunta: ¿cómo llevar la teoría a la
práctica? Esta pregunta se la hace la
mayoría de docentes en formación y es
una de las tantas preocupaciones a la
hora de llevar a cabo la práctica docente.
La teoría es una parte esencial, pero no
es el centro de todo, puesto que, en la
práctica el docente se enfrenta a varias
situaciones, las cuales no va a resolver
solo con saberes, conocimientos y datos
plasmados en un libro, sino, aplicando
sus capacidades y habilidades para
proponer, investigar y dar soluciones
efectivas a lo que se le presente en
el contexto educativo. Esto solo es
posible a través de la experiencia; por
ejemplo: el maestro puede realizar
perfectamente una planeación de clase,
pero no necesariamente signica que la
clase será productiva o que el docente
es el mejor de todos, pues primero debe
plantearse algunas preguntas, como:
¿Lo que voy a enseñar, realmente será
