Abstract

Inclusion, as a contemporary issue, has been recognized as important in most areas of human life to ensure the right to equality and justice for all people in the world. In this order, inclusion has also been addressed in the educational field, a place of academic formation where it is necessary to carry it out for access, permanence and graduation. The implementation of the policy of inclusive higher education at the Mariana University is a response to the constitutional right to respect for diversity, thus being an alternative to intercultural education.
