Within the context of Bolivia’s complex political landscape leading up to 2025, this article raises the need to move beyond a mere electoral interpretation of the situation and construct a transformative narrative from the perspective of citizens. Combining elements of electoral analysis, institutional critique, and ideological proposals, this article proposes a reflection on the role of citizens in the face of political fragmentation and the historic opportunity to redefine the Bolivian democratic project.
