Abstract

The ‘Healthy University’ project that is developed from the health area of the Vice-Rector for Comprehensive Human Development of the Universidad Mariana aims to create a healthy physical and psychosocial environment for the university community, promoting healthy habits and lifestyles that generate a healthy culture, where self-care is the main strategy for the prevention of morbidity, timely detecting the risks to which one is exposed, carrying out actions that contribute to maintaining physical and psychosocial spaces that improve the quality of life and comprehensive well-being of the university community.
