La identidad ocupacional de la mujer migrante en zona fronteriza

In Colombia, the phenomenon is particularly different from other nations, due to the large migratory flow and the reception of individuals of Venezuelan nationality, who in their eagerness to improve their living conditions decide to settle in Colombia thanks to geographical characteristics that represent a benefit, such as speaking the same language, being relatively closer to their families and finding support in sectors such as labor, social security and access to health services by the Colombian government, which can be reflected in the figure of 2.48 million migrants according to Migración Colombia, information mentioned by De Lopera (2004). 48 million migrants according to Migración Colombia information mentioned by De Lopera (2004).
The present investigation of quantitative approach involves the own characteristics of the evidential processes, with the purpose of measuring, estimating through the submission of the numerical analysis of frequency of the data obtained from the application of the OPHI instruments, once the reduction of the data and the qualification is done, this is grouped in an Excel, taking into account the categories and components of these as well as the qualification criteria previously exposed, in such a way that it allows to determine and know the level of functionality with respect to the scales of occupational identity - occupational competence and in the environment of occupational behavior, covering also, life roles, habits, experiences, organization of daily life routines, interests - values - objectives, perception of abilities and assumption of responsibilities.
For this reason it is stated that it is determined towards the descriptive and field scope, due to the fact that the variables that must be submitted to the analysis are presented, such as the occupational identity, taking into account each one of the categories and reagents that conform it in order to know how the productive occupational role of the immigrant women is after having gone through the negative critical event of immigration to Colombia from their country of origin.
