Abstract

The professor Andrés Felipe Tobar of the Radiodiagnosis and Radiotherapy Technology program of the Universidad Mariana, made a teaching mobility to the Oncologists of the West clinic in Manizales and Armenia, the primary objective is to strengthen the inter-institutional links of teaching-service between both institutions, in addition, the supervision of student performance and to know the technological infrastructure that the Clinic has was carried out. The students, who were positively evaluated for their integration in the clinical environment, strengthened their skills in the use of specialized technology and participated in health promotion activities focused on the early detection of cancer. This experience contributes to their comprehensive training and prepares future technologists to respond to the demands of the oncology sector.
