Agreement 018 of 2018 of the Ministry of Education of Colombia updates the quality guidelines and undergraduate programs, in its chapter 4 it describes the conditions, characteristics and aspects to be evaluated for institutional accreditation, it guides actions with graduates where it values the mechanisms of continuous updating and improvement of the professional through continuous learning; Likewise, agreement 02 of 2020 resumes the importance of support with the purpose of promoting professional practice and job placement, continuous learning and curricular return. Therefore, the Nursing program of the Mariana University has proposed interaction and approach strategies with graduates aimed at promoting continuous learning, from disciplinary and biotechnological training, knowledge from advanced care practice, in a context globalized where the rapid emergence of new knowledge and technological advances demands constant updating of nursing professionals (Bendezu-Quispe, G, 2020) with interaction with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, where through continuing education actions they promote the search for alternatives and solutions for real health problems experienced by people and groupsAuthor Biographies
