Abstract

When it comes to organizing a research event, a brainstorm takes place on the table, with the aim of committing success in the development of the academic activities that will take place. However, the magnitude of a national and international event calls for concern and unrest for the institutional and regional responsibility that this implies. In this sense, after taking the necessary time to collect the information and analyze what has been done in the past XXI National Meeting and XV International Meeting of Research Seeds - RedCOLSI Foundation, it can be said that this was an inter-institutional work space, which It allowed undergraduate and undergraduate students at the national and international level to present their research experiences, which they are developing in the seedbeds. Thus, the Cooperativa Universidad Pasto campus, the University of Nariño, the University Institution CESMAG and the Mariana University hosted around 3,500 participants, including speakers, evaluators and chaperones, and 34 international participants.
