Entering the community favoring the care of oneself
Abstract
The nursing program of the Mariana University during the months of May and June of this year carried out actions of social mobilization to favor self-care in the population of Pastusa. For this reason, he developed health promotion and prevention activities with the people who work in the Panadería 20 de Julio company, where he emphasized healthy lifestyles, giving them the importance of low salt intake, adequate water intake, healthy eating, supplemented with exercise and rest, among others.
